Q: How do I customize my LED light?
A: Customization options vary depending on the type of light you choose, but generally you can add your name, initials, or a personalized message. You can select between 1 and 5 text fields to enter depending on what is needed for the light you would like. For picture lights, you can email us the image you would like to use at info@candocustomlights.com
Q: How long does it take to receive my customized LED light?
A: It depends on the type of light you order, your location, and our current order volume. With few exceptions, it will take 3-5 weeks for us to produce and ship your custom light to your doorstep.
Q: How do I install my LED light?
A: Our hanging lights can be mounted on the wall using the clear stick-on hooks that are or placed on a flat surface. All acrylic lights come with a wooden base and can be placed on any table or desk.
Q: What if I have a special request for my LED light?
A: We are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your needs.
Q: What colors do the LED lights come in?
A: Our LED lights come in a range of colors, including white, warm white, and RGB 16 color, changeable using a 24 button remote control.
Q: Can I return my customized LED light?
A: Because each light is custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. If the light is faulty, damaged, or incorrect in any way we will be happy to offer you a full refund or send you a replacement light at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or incorrect item. You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving your light(s) to be eligible for a return.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We currently only offer shipping to the US and Canada, but are planning to expand internationally soon.
Q: Are your LED lights energy efficient?
A: Yes, our LED lights are energy efficient and have a long lifespan. They consume less energy than traditional incandescent bulbs and do not contain hazardous materials.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: Yes, we offer bulk discounts for orders of 5 or more lights. Please contact us for more information.
